Shelley Carraway
GSHF Executive Director
Shelley Carraway is the newest member of the team. With over 26 years of experience in Public Health leadership, she currently serves as the Executive Director of the Foundation. Shelley is excited to bring her extensive experience in working with community partners and grant funders in our region to fulfill the Foundation mission of making a positive impact on the health status of the residents of our communities.
Elaine Carter
GSHF Thrift Shop Manager Elaine Carter joined the team in January 2023 as the Foundation's Thrift Stop Manager. She brings many years of office and retail experience. Elaine loves her family and friends. She enjoys to sew, garden and being creative. The best part of her job is is getting to help the community and make a difference.

Betty Reagan
Executive Assistant / Grants Coordinator Betty Reagan joined the team in May 2023. She serves as the Executive Assistant and Grants Coordinator. Prior to joining the foundation, she worked with local Social Services for 17+ years. Her goal is to catalyzed some key “behind-the-scenes” Foundation operational tasks, improving capacity to get out into the communities we serve and better understand the needs our grantees have to more effectively serve their various constituencies.
